🚀 Introduction to RentPrompts and Generative AI
Have you ever wondered how AI can generate text, create images, and even develop entire applications? That’s exactly what we explored when RentPrompts visited our college for a workshop on Generative AI. It was an eye-opener! We got a firsthand look at how AI can assist in content creation, automate tasks, and open doors to endless possibilities.
🔗 Connecting with RentPrompts and Joining the Internship
After the workshop, I was eager to dive deeper into this technology. That’s when I connected with RentPrompts' co-founder, Vishal, on LinkedIn. He shared details about their internship program, and without a second thought, I jumped on board. Since then, this internship has been a thrilling ride—filled with innovation, learning, and teamwork!
✍️ Working on Text-to-Text Prompting
Right now, my team and I are exploring text-to-text prompting, which is all about training AI to understand and generate human-like text. Under the mentorship of Kritika, we’ve uncovered some fascinating techniques, such as:
- Zero-shot prompting – Asking the AI to complete a task with no prior examples.
- Few-shot prompting – Providing a few examples to guide AI responses.
- Chain-of-thought prompting – Getting the AI to reason step by step before answering.
Kritika’s way of teaching is incredible—she makes complex ideas feel simple and intuitive. Every session leaves us with new insights and a fresh perspective on how powerful AI can be!
🏆 Preparing for the Hackathon
One of the most exciting parts of this internship? The Hackathon! Our team—Aditya, Akansha, and I—are working on an AI-based plagiarism detection system. And guess what? I’m leading the team! It’s a fantastic challenge that pushes us to think critically, solve problems creatively, and collaborate effectively. We’re experimenting with different models to ensure accuracy and efficiency in detecting copied content. The journey so far has been nothing short of amazing!
🎨 Exploring Text-to-Image Prompting
Once we master text-to-text prompting, we’ll be diving into text-to-image prompting with our mentor, Priya. Imagine describing something in words and watching AI bring it to life as an image—that’s the power we’re about to explore next! The possibilities are endless, and I can’t wait to see what we create.

This internship has been a game-changer for me. Every day, I’m gaining hands-on experience with AI, developing real-world applications, and working with an inspiring team. RentPrompts has provided the perfect platform to grow, innovate, and push the boundaries of what AI can do. With so many exciting projects ahead, I’m eager to learn more, create more, and dive even deeper into Generative AI!
