I have a billing or payment problem — what do you need?
Pick “Billing & Payments” as the inquiry type and include the email on your account plus the approximate date of the charge. That lets us find the transaction fast.
How do earnings and payouts work?
Creators earn when people use or buy their prompts and apps. You can track balances and request payouts from your dashboard. For anything unexpected, reach out with “Billing & Payments”.
Can I get help building or publishing a prompt/app?
