Requirements

Objective

Identify and reward top-tier creative talent who can leverage AI and social media trends to generate original, traction-driving educational content. The challenge focuses on producing user-generated video ILT (Instructor-Led Training) content, accompanied by structured student and facilitator resources.

Scope

Participants will: 1. Create a 15-20 mins user-generated video ILT content based on the provided Table of Contents (TOC). 2. Develop a Student Guide aligned to the video content. 3. Develop a Facilitator’s Notes Guide to support delivery of the content. 4. Ensure the final package is creative, professional, and optimized for learner engagement.

Acceptance Criteria

Entries will be evaluated on the following parameters: • Creativity & Originality: Unique approach and innovative delivery. • Plagiarism-Free: Content must be 100% original; any plagiarism leads to disqualification. • Trend Awareness: Content demonstrates awareness of current social media and digital learning trends. • Technical Quality: High-quality video/audio production standards. • Pedagogical Design: Clear structure, learner-centered, and instructionally sound. • Engagement Factor: Content should capture attention, sustain interest, and encourage participation. • AI Integration: Smart use of AI tools in content creation.

Eligibility • Open to all individuals with content creation experience (text, images, videos). • No cap on number of applicants. • Final selection: Top 3 candidates.

Rewards & Distribution of Credits • 1st Place: ₹3000 • 2nd Place: ₹2000 • 3rd Place: ₹1000

Deliverables 1. Video ILT Content (user-generated, aligned to TOC). 2. Student Guide (supporting document for learners). 3. Facilitator’s Notes Guide (instructions, cues, and teaching support).

Timelines • Challenge Launch: Day 0 • Submission Deadline: 1 Week from Launch • Review & Selection: Within 5 business days post-deadline • Winner Announcement: Day 12–14

Evaluation Process 1. Initial screening for plagiarism and eligibility. 2. Detailed review by panel against acceptance criteria. 3. Scoring and ranking. 4. Announcement of top 3 winners.
