Description

Build the Month 1 MVP of an AI-powered Content Generation & Automation Platform for educational and training content.

The objective of this bounty is to build the core technical foundation and working AI content-generation workflow. The development will be based on the approved BRD and requirements. This bounty covers the implementation planned for 4 weeks, with progressive technical deliverables across each week.

The complete platform will support multiple content-generation formats and advanced capabilities in future milestones. This bounty is limited to the Month 1 MVP and does not include delivery of all planned content formats. The broader scope includes multi-format generation, quality validation, traceability, reusable knowledge, and human review workflows.

Month 1 Development Scope & Deliverables

Week 1 — Technical Foundation & Architecture

●     Review the approved BRD and technical requirements.

●     Define the solution architecture and technical approach.

●     Set up the development environment and repository.

●     Set up the initial database structure.

●     Set up the core backend/frontend project structure.

●     Define required APIs and integration points for the MVP.

Deliverable: Technical architecture and development foundation ready.

Week 2 — Core Platform Development

●     Implement authentication and access management.

●     Develop the initial admin panel.

●     Implement the required database schema.

●     Develop core backend APIs.

●     Build reusable services/components required for the platform.

●     Establish the platform foundation required for AI integration.

Deliverable: Functional core platform foundation with authentication, admin panel, database, and core APIs.

Week 3 — AI Content Generation MVP

●     Develop the core AI content-generation workflow.

●     Implement and refine prompts for content generation.

●     Create the initial prompt library.

●     Integrate the relevant knowledge base/content source.

●     Implement required tool/API calling.

●     Develop the initial content generation flow.

●     Perform internal testing and refinement.

Deliverable: Working AI Content Generation MVP with prompt library, knowledge-base integration, and internal test results.

Week 4 — Integration, QA & Final Demo

●     Integrate the AI workflow with the core platform.

●     Complete the agreed Month 1 development scope.

●     Perform end-to-end QA across the implemented modules.

●     Fix bugs/issues identified during QA.

●     Prepare technical documentation.

●     Deliver the integrated working build.

●     Conduct the final stakeholder/client demo.

Deliverable: Integrated and tested Month 1 MVP with documentation and final demo.

Acceptance Criteria

1. NDA

●     NDA must be signed before access to project-related requirements, documents, data, or implementation details.

●     Project-sensitive information must not be shared outside the authorized team.

2. BRD & Approved Requirements

●     Development must be based on the approved BRD and technical requirements.

●     The developer is not responsible for creating the BRD as part of this bounty.

●     Any change to the approved scope must be documented and agreed upon before implementation.

3. Core Platform

●     Authentication and access management must be functional.

●     Initial admin panel must be functional.

●     Required database schema must be implemented.

●     Core APIs required for the Month 1 MVP must be functional.

●     Required reusable components/services must be implemented.

4. AI Content Generation MVP

●     Core AI content-generation workflow must be functional.

●     Prompt library must be implemented.

●     Knowledge-base integration must be functional.

●     Required tool/API calling must be implemented.

●     The system must be able to generate the agreed initial content output(s) defined in the approved Month 1 requirements.

5. Integration & QA

●     AI functionality must be integrated with the core platform.

●     End-to-end testing must be completed for the implemented Month 1 scope.

●     Critical/blocking bugs identified within the agreed scope must be resolved before final delivery.

●     Internal test results/QA report must be provided.

6. Documentation & Handover

●     Technical documentation must be provided.

●     Relevant source code and project assets must be handed over.

●     Deployment/setup information must be documented.

●     Final working build must be demonstrated to the stakeholders.

●     Handover must be completed at the end of the bounty.

The delivery plan identifies the final handover package as including the working AI agent, authentication module, admin panel, documentation, client demo, source code, deployment guide, and handover session.
