HiringAnt is seeking a highly capable technical contractor (individual developer or small team) to build the core infrastructure of our AI-powered recruitment platform over a 3-month contract engagement.

HiringAnt is designed to automate and modernize hiring by becoming the single source of truth for recruitment workflows. This project focuses on the technical backbone of the platform: AI candidate assessments, automated outreach agents, and one-click job posting integrations with platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruiting channels.

We are looking for builders who can move fast, architect well, ship reliably, and take ownership.


About HiringAnt

HiringAnt helps employers and recruiters streamline hiring through AI-powered automation.

This project covers three mission-critical product pillars:

1. Assessment & AI Interview Module

Enable employers to conduct candidate screening directly inside HiringAnt through:

  • Custom assessments
  • Coding tests / MCQs / written responses
  • AI interview bots (text or voice)
  • Automated scoring and summaries
  • Candidate portals and dashboards
  • Anti-cheating controls
  • Async video interview workflows

2. Outreach Agent System

Build AI sourcing agents that can:

  • Identify matching candidates
  • Personalize outreach messages
  • Send campaigns across LinkedIn, Email, WhatsApp (where supported)
  • Handle follow-ups automatically
  • Classify candidate responses
  • Log activity into CRM dashboards
  • Track campaign analytics

3. Job Distribution Connectors

Create one-click publishing infrastructure so employers can post jobs once on HiringAnt and distribute across platforms.

Priority connectors include:

  • LinkedIn Jobs
  • Naukri
  • Indeed
  • India-focused job boards
  • Generic webhook posting support

Additional requirements include:

  • Field mapping engine
  • OAuth / API key auth

  • Message generation logic
  • Response classification systems

Frontend / Product Interfaces (if required)

  • Connector management views
  • Reporting interfaces

QA / Delivery

  • Testing coverage
  • Deployment pipelines
  • Technical documentation
  • Demo environment
  • Final handover

Reward Structure — Up to 150,000 Joules

This bounty is performance-based and intended for serious builders.

  • All code, systems, and deliverables produced under this contract are exclusive property of HiringAnt upon payment/completion.
  • Weekly sync meetings with HiringAnt technical leadership will be required.
