What is the Challenge? The Challenge is your opportunity to demonstrate your capabilities as an AI trainer. You'll create and deliver a mini training session that shows us your content delivery skills, classroom management abilities, and technical expertise. Think of it as your chance to shine and show us why you're the perfect fit for RentPrompts AI Academy!

Challenge at a Glance Here's a simple breakdown of what you need to do:

The Topic - We've prepared sample training content for you (attached with this document). You don't need to create content from scratch—we want to see how well you can take existing material and bring it to life in a training session. This helps us evaluate your delivery skills, not your content creation abilities.

The Duration - You'll deliver a 30-minute demo training session. Think of it like a preview or a sample class. It's long enough for us to see your teaching style, but short enough that it won't take up your entire day. You'll present this live to our evaluation team on Friday via video call (GMeet).

Important Dates - Next Sunday, 22nd February: This is your deadline to submit three things:

1. Student Guide - A document that students would use to follow along
2. Facilitator Guide - Your personal teaching notes and session plan
3. Intro Video - A short welcome video (5-10 minutes) introducing the topic

Monday, 23rd Feb: Once we receive your materials, we'll schedule your live 30-minute demo session. You'll join a video call and teach us as if we're your students. We'll be watching how you explain concepts, engage with learners, and manage the session.

What We're Testing This challenge tests your ability to: take prepared content and teach it effectively, create useful training materials, engage learners in a virtual classroom, explain technical AI concepts clearly, and manage time well. We're looking for trainers who can make learning exciting and accessible for everyone—remember our motto: no backbencher left behind!

What You Need to Submit To complete the Bounty Challenge, you'll need to create and submit the following materials by Thursday:

1. Student Guide A comprehensive guide for learners that includes:

Clear learning objectives (what will students learn by the end?) Content outline with key concepts and topics Hands-on exercises or activities for practice Examples, case studies, or real-world applications Resources or references for further learning

💡 Tip: Make it learner-friendly! Use simple language, visual elements, and structure it in a way that's easy to follow. 2. Facilitator Guide Your detailed session plan that includes:

Session timeline with time allocation for each section Key talking points and teaching notes Questions to ask learners and discussion prompts Activity instructions with expected outcomes Common challenges learners might face and how to address them Assessment or evaluation methods

💡 Tip: This is your roadmap! Another trainer should be able to pick up your guide and deliver the session effectively. 3. Introductory Course Video A short video (5-10 minutes) that provides:

Course overview and what learners will gain Brief introduction to the topic Why this topic matters (real-world relevance) What makes this learning experience unique

The Demo Training Session On the scheduled day as per your confirmation and availablilty, you'll deliver a 30-minute live demo session based on the materials you submitted. This is where you bring your training to life! What We'll Be Looking For:
