Project Overview

This project aims to generate a pipeline of high-quality, relevant B2B leads and convert at least one into a closed prospect through targeted outreach and engagement. The freelancer will handle the entire process: from researching and qualifying leads, to executing personalized outreach campaigns, managing responses, and ensuring thorough tracking via a spreadsheet or CRM.

In-Scope Work

  • Lead Research and Qualification: Identify and compile a minimum of 100 qualified B2B leads that fit the agreed-upon business criteria. Ensure all contact information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Outreach Campaign Execution: Develop and execute a multi-channel outreach campaign (email, LinkedIn, or phone) with personalized messaging for each lead. Implement a follow-up sequence to maximize engagement.
  • Prospect Engagement and Closing: Manage all lead responses, nurture interested prospects, and drive at least one lead to a closed outcome (such as a booked meeting or signed agreement). Provide detailed handover of closed prospect details.
  • Lead Tracking Spreadsheet: Create and maintain a spreadsheet to log all leads, outreach attempts, and responses. Update regularly and share with the client.
  • CRM Setup and Integration (Optional): If preferred, set up and configure a basic CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho) for lead and outreach management. Import all leads and ensure tracking is up-to-date.

Deliverables

  • Executed outreach campaign with personalized messages and follow-ups
  • Tracked and managed lead responses, with at least one closed prospect
  • Regularly updated lead tracking spreadsheet (or CRM setup and populated)
  • Handover documentation for all closed prospects

##Reward Structure

  1. Outreach & Prospect Relationship Building – ₹25,000

Responsibilities: -Research and identify relevant target companies and decision-makers -Conduct outreach via channels such as LinkedIn, email, or other professional networks -Initiate conversations and nurture relationships -Schedule meetings or demos with qualified prospects

Eligibility for Reward: -Must successfully close at least 1 prospect (deal conversion mandatory) -Demonstrate consistent outreach efforts and engagement quality -Maintain proper tracking of conversations and pipeline

Payout: ₹25,000 upon successful closure of at least one qualified prospect

  1. Lead Generation – ₹25,000

Responsibilities: -Source and compile targeted lead lists based on ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) -Ensure leads include accurate contact details (email, role, company, etc.) -Maintain lead quality and relevance

Eligibility for Reward: -Leads must meet predefined criteria (industry, company size, geography, etc.) -Leads should be verified and usable for outreach

Payout: ₹25,000 upon successful submission and validation of qualified leads

Acceptance Criteria

  • Delivery of at least 100 qualified leads matching the agreed criteria
  • Outreach messages sent to all leads, with personalized content and follow-up sequence
  • All lead responses tracked and managed; at least one prospect closed (meeting booked or deal signed)
  • Lead tracking spreadsheet (or CRM) is complete, accurate, and regularly updated
  • Handover of closed prospect details and all relevant documentation
