HiringAnt is seeking a dedicated Content Creator & Distributor to lead a high-impact 3-month multi-platform content creation and distribution program for our AI-powered recruitment platform.
HiringAnt helps connect job seekers and employers through intelligent automation and multi-channel hiring pipelines. To accelerate brand visibility, applicant engagement, and platform growth, we are looking for a freelancer who can independently plan, create, publish, and optimize daily content across job boards, social media, blogs, and community channels.
This is a performance-driven opportunity for someone who can combine creativity, consistency, and growth execution while representing the HiringAnt brand professionally across all platforms.
About the Opportunity
You will be responsible for managing HiringAnt’s content presence across channels such as:
- Naukri
- Twitter / X
- YouTube Shorts
- WhatsApp Broadcast / Communities
- Discord
- Blog / Medium
- Email newsletters (if required)
Your work will support two key growth pillars:
- Job Promotion Content — attracting candidates to active opportunities
- Brand Growth Content — increasing awareness, followers, engagement, and signups
Scope of Work
The selected freelancer will take ownership of content planning, production, publishing, and reporting.
Responsibilities include:
Content Planning
- Build monthly content calendars
- Organize platform-specific publishing schedules
- Align content with hiring campaigns, milestones, and seasonal opportunities
Content Creation
- Write engaging social media posts, job promotions, captions, blogs, and newsletters
- Design branded graphics, posters, and campaign creatives
- Edit short-form videos for Reels and Shorts
- Repurpose content across channels efficiently
- Maintain a consistent brand voice: professional, approachable, AI-forward
Content Distribution
- Schedule and publish content daily
- Optimize posting cadence and formatting by platform
- Use tags, hashtags, and categories where relevant
- Ensure fast turnaround for urgent hiring posts
Community Engagement
- Monitor comments, messages, and interactions
- Maintain a positive and responsive brand presence
Reporting & Optimization
- Submit regular progress reports
- Maintain a shared tracker for published content
- Recommend improvements based on performance data
Deliverables
- 3-month content execution plan
- Daily content assets (copy, graphics, videos)
- Published posts across all assigned channels
- Weekly reporting summaries
- Monthly performance insights
- Final portfolio / archive of all created content
Reward Structure — Up to 100,000 Joules

Freelancer Requirements
We are looking for applicants with:
- Strong English communication skills
- Experience in content creation, social media, blogs, or video editing
- Canva / Adobe Express / design tool proficiency
- CapCut / Shorts / Reel editing ability
- Understanding of platform growth strategies
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Organized execution and reporting habits
Preferred
- 0–2 years experience
- Startup experience
- SEO familiarity
- Experience with hiring, HR, recruitment, or AI brands
